Our initial release programs are conservative, using the Machining Data Handbooks as our gospel for machining parameters and OEMs' proprietary parameters too, such as, Kennametal, Iscar, Sandvik, Seco, Walters, etc..... [Machining Parameters]

We have no control over the skill levels of the personnel who setup and operation our customers' cnc machine tools. The customer alone knows the culture of their environment. We also provide training assistance in the fundamentals for union and non union shops. [Fundamentals]

About 50% of our programs are for one (1) piece lots of expensive raw material and/or high work-in-progress. Another 25% implementing new technology, and the other 25% for medium to high volume cost reductions of manufacturers' core products addressing fixed and variable costs for return on investment improvements. And if you have reliable post processors, chances are we have the CAM software like you to give you the same "WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET" result.
